Not great. $150 for my wifes birthday, and 5 days later, this is what they look like. I should have went to Publix, they would have lasted 2 weeks almost. Not coming back again. I artached before and after videos.

During an incredibly difficult time for our family, we suddenly realized we hadn’t ordered flowers. The Flower Shop stepped in without hesitation and truly saved the day. We explained what we wanted over the phone, and they understood us perfectly. When we saw the arrangement, we were completely floored — it was absolutely gorgeous and more beautiful than we could have imagined. It was perfect for our mother. Thank you so much for your kindness, compassion, and exceptional work.

I went to my local florist website and ordered flowers for my mother for valentines, somehow they outsourced it to Ava’s. Ava’s sent an email with confirmation that the flowers were to be delivered Valentines Day, but the next day they sent me another mail explaining that they “were running low on a dozen roses and offer a free upgrade.” I agreed to the free upgrade, but by doing so I unknowingly agreed to their “flex delivery” which is just their way of saying it gets there when it gets there. After finding out that it definitely would not be received on the date requested I tried to contact customer service, to no avail I was unable to make contact after over an hour fighting with their “chatbot” and their toll free number. Well upon receiving their product this evening (7pm at night 2 days after Valentines) the roses are wilted, limp and dead; and the chocolate covered strawberry (free upgrades) were melted and spoiled. Another 45 minutes on the phone trying to get someone to actually talk to me and they offer me a replacement for $25 off and a $15 refund… what a joke! This is an absolute horrible company to deal with customer service issues and for a flower company, it is known

I have used them multiple times over the years and they never disappoint. Kind and courteous with prompt service. This most recent time was extra important for me. Being out of town and them being able to deliver to my house on my wife's birthday.

Outstanding! We can’t say enough positive things about this place. We had a late order for a funeral and were worried it wouldn’t arrive on time. The Flower Shop didn’t disappoint. They took our order and went above and beyond to make sure it was appropriate for the occasion even adding their own touches to make it perfect. We couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service and the quality of the order. They even sent a photo to make sure we were satisfied. We would definitely use The Flower Shop again for any of our florist needs in the area in the future.
